ITO has been supplying cosmetics exclusive for medical institutions and general customers, supplements, cosmetic raw materials and OEM products since 1989.

Among many cosmetic ingredients, we focus on the study and research of Vitamin C derivatives and on formulations that take advantage of the properties of these super provitamin C.

We think that ‘effectiveness’ and ‘evidence’ are the core of our product development that leads to satisfaction and trust of our clients. Therefore, we conduct continuous research for the active substances that work effectively for specific purposes and skin problems.

ITO will continue its efforts to develop unique cosmetic ingredients and formulations, based on the knowledge and data obtained by various joint research with medical universities and medical institutions.
